The Crossroads Bank for Data Exchange (BCED) is a service shared by Wallonia and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation which, as a trusted third party and service integrator, organises the secure sharing of authentic data between public authorities, with a view to simplifying administration and ensuring data sovereignty.
