Broadband Competence Office (BCO)

Created in 2022 as part of the Digital Decade Policy 2030, the BCO strengthens connectivity in Belgium by exchanging knowledge and best practices. As a centre of expertise and a point of contact for authorities, businesses and citizens, it aims to eliminate white areas, equip all households and major roads with broadband, and ensure a minimum connection speed of 1 Gbit/s.
